BCLA provided public outreach, data and policies for the City’s EAR-based amendments to the Comprehensive Plan. As part of this update, the Firm transformed the plan into a
modernized, concise and engaging tool to guide the City’s decision making and development over
the next 20 years. The resulting document will be a roadmap for future City initiatives, strategic
plans and projects.
