Bonnie C. Landry

AICP / President

Bonnie has lived in Martin County since 1987 working for local government and not for profit organizations. Landry has been a planner for more than 20 years and is certified through the American Planning Association (American Institute of Certified Planners – AICP). She founded BCLA in 2018 to provide professional planning services to local governments throughout Florida. She has built a portfolio of clients with a focus on Comprehensive Planning, Transportation Planning, Grant Writing, updating location regulations as well as providing temporary planning staff to local governments with limited staff. In addition to AICP, she obtained credentials as a Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) Professional; and is prequalified by Florida Department of Transportation in the disciplines of Land Planning/Engineering and Transportation Statistics.  She has been published in the Magazine of the American Planning Association (Planning). Prior to the launch of BCLA, Mrs. Landry worked with local governments along the Treasure Coast serving as a Planning Manager, and as staff for a Community Redevelopment Agency and a Metropolitan Planning Organization. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University and completed coursework for accreditation with Congress for New Urbanism at the University of Miami also known as CNU-a.
